Welcome to the Belstone Cricket Club website.
The current club, revived in 1993, includes players
from the village of Belstone (population 250) and
the surrounding area. We have a thriving Colts
section providing one of the few summer team-sport
opportunities for youngsters in the region.
As well as playing in the North Devon League, the
Club instigated the Buckley Cup in 1997, a limited-over
evening competition between local villages.
We also claim the distinction of being, at 290 meters
above sea level on the Northern edge of Dartmoor,
as being the highest ground in southern England. The
Club plays its cricket at Rew Meadow in Belstone and
welcomes anyone interested in joining the club.

NDL Double Header!

A nailbiting victory over North Devon II's on Sunday
and an abandonment away at Sandford on Monday gave Belstone a full 20
point NDL average at the start of life in the third division. View the

Belstone’s
first game of the season at Rew Meadow against Bridford was a low
scoring affair which showed off two familiar features from seasons past
– a batting collapse followed by a disciplined bowling performance
