Welcome to the Belstone Cricket Club website.
The current club, revived in 1993, includes players
from the village of Belstone (population 250) and the
surrounding area. We have a thriving Colts
section providing one of the few summer team-sport
opportunities for youngsters in the region. As
well as playing in the North Devon League, the Club instigated
the Buckley Cup in 1997, a limited-over evening competition
between local villages. We also claim the distinction of
being, at 290 metres above sea level on the Northern edge of
Dartmoor, as being the highest ground in England. The Club
plays its cricket at Rew Meadow in Belstone and welcomes anyone
interested in joining the club

| To guarantee selection
for any fixtures please send an email, or call the
Team Secretary three days before fixture.
Failure to do so may result in a player not being
selected. If we have a full team by this time then
it will be up to the Team Secretary and Captains to
decide whether we contact additional players who
have not given availability notification.

Indoor
Winter nets start in March. Sundays
14, 21 & 28 March from 12 Noon.
During the season nets are at
the cricket ground on Fridays from 6 PM. |

CAR BOOT SALES
Car Boot
Sales are a vital fund raising source for the
club. Please support these events during
the season in any way possible. They are held at Rew Meadow. Details of
the 2010 dates will be posted here closer to
the start of the season
UMPIRES & SCORERS
We are always in need of Umpires
and Scorers to see us through the season.
Both are crucial when we play weekend and
midweek league games.If you feel you can
contribute to these two duties in anyway
please contact the club
